This legendary roadhouse was under threat of demolition. We have proposed restoring the roadhouse, introducing urban agriculture to serve in the food and support educational programs for the adjoining schools. Collaborate with the old scout’s hall in providing meaningful community support and transfer of skills. The property in split into a soft pedestrian friendly area and the vehicular parking area. Both areas are flexible for day and night events.
