The land is owned by previously displaced families, who wish to increase their return on the land by investing in luxury apartments. The apartments twist to optimise the view of the mountains and respond sensitivity to the SE wind and northern light. An internal park provides natural refuge above basement parking. Public facilities are sprinkled around the park to help build a sense of community.
