Finetown community representative, Eddie Chaba has been mandated by the Executive Committee of a Branch of the ANC, to put together a group of professionals to formulate a community action plan for Ward 7, Region G, Gauteng. A Community Trust has been established,  comprising of Finetown Community Representatives. The Finetown Community have recommended Peter Rich Architects in collaboration with Richlabs to engage with the community and develop the urban design vision.
